This home is perfect for families or friends looking for a new modern home just a five-minute walk to the beach, surf break, and restaurants. It has comfortable furnishings, modern amenities, and lots of space. The entire Cerritos Dreams development is walled, with secure off-street parking for your vehicle. There is also a shared central pool with a gas BBQ, shaded palapa, lounge chair seating, dining seating, bar seating and outdoor fitness equipment. The pool area also has its own bathroom and shower for clean up. Grill some fresh fish on the BBQ while watching the spectacular Cerritos sunsets from the pool area. It is a great space for hanging outdoors for family-style meals, games, or just an afternoon siesta in the sunshine. In the modern open concept kitchen, dining and living area, you will find a large comfortable chaise lounge couch to stretch out on to watch the 70" flat-screen TV, listen to music from your own device via bluetooth, play games, or enjoy a meal together at the 6-person dining room table. There is also high speed Starlink internet, family-friendly books, games, beach chairs, towels, and a big umbrella to ensure you always have something to do. Cooking for a group is a joy in the fully equipped kitchen. Appliances include a full-size refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner induction stove top, wall oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The unit has a whole-house, 4-stage, water filtration system so you don't have to worry about the water quality. The master bedroom has an American-sized queen bed with night stands, wood closet cabinets, air conditioning, ceiling fan, sliding glass doors to the private back yard, and a fully-appointed private bathroom with two sinks, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has an American-sized queen bed with a night stand, massive wood storage closet cabinets, a ceiling fan, and a sliding glass door to the private back yard. The Bunk Room has two American Full-sized beds with a surfboard-shaped ladder to the upper bed. There are also wood storage cabinets, and a ceiling fan. Each bathroom includes biodegradable shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap, as well as a hair dryer, extra razors and toothbrushes in case yours didn't make it into your luggage. The unit includes includes sheets, blankets, pillows, bath towels and separate beach towels. We also have some sunscreen, insect repellent, and extra USB chargers, should you need them. Cerritos is a relaxed community. Our main objective is to make your stay with us comfortable, memorable, and keep you coming back for more. From surfing and paddleboarding in the warm southern Baja Pacific ocean in Cerritos, snorkeling with whale sharks and sea lions in La Paz, pickleball, tennis and yoga in Pescadero, hiking in the Sierra de la Laguna mountains, or simply getting a massage and margarita on the beach, this home is a great base camps to experience it all. GUEST ACCESS You will be able to access all of the community amenities such as onsite parking, swimming pool, lounge areas, poolside bathrooms, an outdoor shower, SUP & surfboard racks, and outdoor fitness equipment. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and the living areas were perfect for our group to gather and unwind.The outdoor spaces are truly a highlight — peaceful, private, and ideal for enjoying the beautiful surroundings. This was our first visit to the area and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The hosts were extremely responsive with any questions we had. The beach is perfect for swimming. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurants located on the beach and some in town as well. We traveled with two adult children plus spouse and each of us had a bedroom.
