This was our 2 nd stay here. The cleaning needs much attention. Very hit a miss . They will only leave 1 towel for 2 people . If they rember to leave a bath towel at all . The pool and gym have be3n closed since November last year. Breakfast is food and freshly cooked to order . The re epitome stafe are nice especially navdeep .

When your having breakfast the worker are right in your face watching every move, just finished serving my plate set it down went to get my coffee. Next thing went back they took my plate away and throw it in the garbage, so I had to reserve again.

Biggest downside was the pool/hot tub/gym area being closed for renovations. I only wish I would have known these facilities weren't available when I was booking.

I am very dissatisfied with the service quality. I have no way to solve the problem. I just shirk responsibility and ask the customer to solve it by themselves. Other than that, everything else is pretty good.

Let's start with the good parts about this hotel: -The free breakfast was simple but enjoyable -The bed was decently comfortable -The shower was acceptable And now for the bad: -My room was on the ground floor and it was one of the noisiest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in -The heating in the room was also incredibly loud -The gym and the pool were both closed -The room was cold and clinical -The staff was was equally cold and ambivalent

Hey Expedia, please figure out a way to let your guests know when faculties are down. Pool and gym have been closed all winter. The lack of transparency on that was very disheartening when the one thing the grandchildren were looking forward to, was the pool. I know you can do better

This was honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, the parking is right close to the door and was always easily available. The lobby is clean, modern, big and beautiful. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and even helped us check in early so that our son could nap on time. The room was beautiful, spacious , clean and exceeded all expectations. The restaurant downstairs was great food and the staff there is super friendly and was playing with our children in between serving us. Nothing bad to say about this hotel and will be returning anytime we could back to Edmonton

Best hotel breakfast ever.
They had an omelet bar, I didn’t see that advertised when I booked and I was very impressed with the breakfast option. The hotel staff was super friendly and great to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

I’ve stayed here twice. First time, I believe I got a pet friendly room (I didn’t have a pet with me) because there was animal hair in the bedding and poop smudges in the hallway floors that remained there the 3 days I stayed. There were three spiders in my room upon entry and one beetle. The floors appeared uncleaned with fuzz and stuff on them. The second stay, it appeared I was not in a pet friendly room as there was no animal hair in the bedding, no poop in the hallway however the carpet was still very stained. They mistakenly gave me a room that was under construction, 10 minutes later I received my new room. The floors again had stuff on them so I don’t think they were cleaned. My bed was broken and very creaky. The bathroom had yellow and red “stuff” on the walls by the toilet. It really grossed me out and I just tried my best to not look at it. I won’t stay there again. It is in a really convenient location though.

We came from Singapore and their service was excellent. The front desk was so accommodating, that they allowed us to check-in early without extra charge (unlike the other hotel chain). They also allowed us to check-out late without any questions. We stayed for 6 nights. The room was great for a family of 6. They had cooking station (only eggs), which was great and cooked the way we wanted it. It was also very close to Walmart and few eateries, within walking distance. The only disappointment was the gym, which was under maintenance. We made good by walking to Walmart few times a day, in the cold :). I would recommend this place.

Pool/hot tub closed. Staff reported it had been closed for months. Staff stated Expedia lists this however it is not easy to find. When booking it states you can choose tub or shower. This is not the case in this hotel. Tv does not allow external devices to connect such as fire stick or laptop mirroring. Limited to poor cable selection. Hotel room noisy due to road noise, however to be expected considering location.

Good value stay!
Very convenient west end location. Staff were very courteous and helpful but their system was quite slow and check in was inordinately slow. Rooms at the front have a lot of road noise, we were move to a quieter room facing the rear of the building for the following 2 nights which was much better. The full breakfast included was lovely! They also provided a nice wine hour with cheese on our first night but they only offer that Monday to Thursday. Overall a good value for the money.
