Very good experience, relaxing, excellent food experience, spa quality are exceptionnels, very good massage. I recommand this establishment to everybody. Since 3 years, I have added to my summer vacation a stop to Eastman Spa, and I still doing it.

Too expensive for what it was
Too pricey. 500 $ a day for 2 is way too much. We stayed 2 nights and did not have all of the meals and enjoy the spa for 2 whole days. The food was great, spa facilities were awesome but in the end, we paid too much for what it was. If we compare with another great spa place (in Piedmont for example), for $45/day, we had a wider choice of hot baths, saunas, etc. By adding a $150/night stay at a decent hotel nearby, it comes up to appx $500 for a 2-day stay. No way did we eat for $500 in 2 days! It's ridiculous!

Best spa!
Stayed for one night and the experience was amazing. The saunas were great, the staff was great and the food was great.

Nice but overpriced
No coffee available after breakfast (only decaf, unless you pay extra!) and no water bottles... Which is quite annoying for an "all included" Spa retreat of this price. Food was interesting (original menue) but overall, not that great or tasty. Pleasant and beautiful surroundings, nice spa installations, but overpriced!

Great relaxing getaway
Great healthy spa getaway. Very relaxing with fantastic healthy food. Spa services were top notch as well. Rooms very simple but very clean- only suggestion is to allow TVs and coffee makers if customers want in the rooms.Completely understand goal of a health spa but for those looking to relax a bit intense to not have available.

Endroit pour recharger les batteries. Les forces de l'endroit sont les conférences sur la santé et repas sans gluten. Le spa est correct.

Manque uniformité dans les traitements, la nourriture, le service. Peut êre intéressant pour un court séjour(1 ou 2 jours) Menu très limité. Bar à salade offre peu de possibilité. Ma fille et moi avons été malade ( gonflement, diarrhée) .Malgré le fait que nous ayons demandé que l'on nous aide, nous n'avons recu qu,une réponse du genre: ''ca arrive parfois''. Nous avons donc pris l'initiative d'aller a Magog chez Avril pour une consultation et achat d'un produit digestif. Nous avions, entre autre, un traitement appelé le Grand Bleu, que nous avions chosi ma fille et moi. Le mien était pafait, mais pour ma fille, ce fut bien en deca des attentes. Manque de papier de toilette dans la chambre, sable sur le plancher jamais enlevé, matelas tres dur, air conditionné fonctionne mal, odeur de renfermé. Le soir pour avoir acces a la réception, nous devons utiliser un CB sur le mur extérieur. Notre toilette étant bouchée nous avons appelé sans succes, le gardien n'avit pas ouvert son CB. Nous l'avons rejoint aprés plusieurs appels sur le téléphone de l'hôtel. Séjour tres décevant pour le prix.
