Apartment features free private parking for one car. Apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential building and consists of: entrance hall, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with queen size beds, fully equipped kitchen, living room with dining area and veranda featuring summer kitchen and lounge area with a beautiful sea view. Tastefully furnished and spacious, this enjoyable vacation rental can easily accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably. This apartment would best suite a family or a group of friends looking for an up to date vacation rental in Dubrovnik which is ideally located in a quiet area with an easy access to historical center, museums, cafes, restaurants and beaches. Amenities include: AC(all rooms), free WiFi, SAT TV (living room and bedrooms), Iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, full kitchen with coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, oven, stove, fridge/freezer, furnished veranda with summer kitchen and a private parking place. Within approximately 10 minute walk to the popular Copacabana and Coral beach in one direction and to the center of Lapad in the other direction where guests will find everything they need to enjoy their holiday: restaurants, cafes, supermarket, bus stops, taxi stands, and a lovely pedestrian walkway that leads to Lapad beach. There are also a couple of smaller markets closer to the apartment within a few minutes walk. Old Town Dubrovnik is 4 kilometers away and can be easily accessed by bus (15 minutes) with a bus stop a couple minutes from apartment or Taxi / Uber (10 minutes). Hedera A3 sleeps 6 guests. \*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same. All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive. In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. Smoking - not allowed This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you. We were 3 couples traveling together. I always think it's important to know something about the person who's writing the review as reviews are in the eye of the beholder. I am a clean freak with a healthy dose of OCD when it comes to organization. This place was sparkling clean and neat as a pin - yay! The views were very pretty with a view of the water and a bridge that is lovely when lit at night. There are steps (I think 94 of them per one of the people traveling with me) down to the water so you can walk along a small boardwalk. The house is about 15-20 minutes from Old Town Dubrovnik and 5-10 to Lapad. We used Uber for everything. We never had to wait more than 3-4 minutes for one except during "rush hour" where it was closer to 15 minutes. It worked great. There is a market at the end of the street (5–10-minute walk) that has all your basic necessities. We also often went there in the mornings for fresh croissants and coffee. You can get the items needed for the bathroom (i.e. body wash - Dove, Nivea; shampoo, soap, etc.), water, snacks and so on. They accept credit cards. The bedrooms are exactly alike so no need to argue over who gets which one. The shower knobs in the larger bath are a bit tricky to figure out - on the right side pull down to the side to turn it on and then forward and backward for hot vs. cold. Took us a moment to get that! The shower in the other bath is quite small but perfectly functional. I would definitely return to this place. ##### Sherry S. The multi-complex private apartment has three comfy bedrooms, two baths and a lovely kitchen, living space and porch with a dreamy Adriatic Sea view. Getting to the place was the task. One way traffic to the top of the hill with an available parking spot. Once we arrived we parked and used bus transportation which was 3-4 blocks away. A small local grocery store is one block from the apartment and met our simple needs. The air conditioning in all rooms was a wonderful addition, but opening the windows wide on the deck in the morning and evening with the sea breeze was beautiful. If you’re willing to do public transportation everything from the fortress to the port for the island cruising went well for us. Strolling the path along the coast just requires 90 steps up and down, but walking to Coca Cabana beach was worth it. The 16 year olds loved the hike and it was great exercise for us 60 somethings too!! A place not for the faint of heart. ##### Julie O. Perhaps a little smaller as the online photos made it look a bit larger. No biggy though. We could have had a little welcome pack of sorts. Arriving late at night some milk and bread would have been ideal. We also booked airport transfers. 4 of them as people were arriving at different times. 2 of them were late and had to call to chase them up. This was quite inconvenient.
