Equipped with 3 bedrooms, a large private terrace with table for outdoor dining and a splendid sea view, the property is the ideal destination for those who want a holiday full of comfort, between nature and relaxation, in the splendid setting of Southern Sardinia.
The property includes a large relaxation area with a view located on the bedroom floor, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and private parking space.
To reach the property from the parking lot, you have to go up a staircase and a path of 200 meters
The property is located 50 km from the port and airport of Cagliari, 12 km from Capo Spartivento, 10 km from the Is Molas Golf Club, and is the ideal destination for a family holiday with friends or as a couple.
