"Always a pleasant stay, however, there was renovations everywhere which impacted the services especially wait time for elevators and breakfast was moved to TGI in lobby so didn't have the Faslsview experience. Rooms are smaller now as rhey are rebranding the hotel."

"The room was spacious but I would say it was not designed for more than one night stay. There were only two drawers in a tv cabinet, no dresser to unpack into. Also, only a tiny coffee maker in the room and the microwaves were located in the vending machine rooms on other floors. We also found dirty socks under the bed from a previous guest."

"My family enjoyed the water park and the arcade. Our room was clean. What affected the enjoyment of our room were the neighbors. The first night, they played their music loudly until late into the night. The second night, we heard them declare it was a movie night. It was loud. We stayed in room 282. Despite the noise, we did like the water park so we will go back. "

"It was a great experience except for the Breakfast it was crowded a people taking to much time at the waffle maker it held up the line we waited 30 min to get toast !!they need to move the waffle maker to its own area or have it supervised,There was people there making alot of waffle for themselves an taking 10min or more at the maker holding up the line to get toast or fruit !!!"

"Most areas of the hotel was clean although a bit outdated. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna quite a bit. Liked the free coffee as well. This hotel could be better if they offered free breakfast as well but unfortunately they don't. The fitness equipment needs an update as the elliptical I used was very noisy and not stable. "
