"For a family getaway weekend we booked an upgraded “suite”. The unit we got appeared aged and worn and not well maintained / clean. Staff were great but will not return to this property. "

We had an issue with complimentary breakfast being part of our reservation, but was told it was not even when it was one of the amenities listed on my confirmation. "

The rooms are so comfortable and provide everything you need. Love the atmosphere of the restaurant and bar area. Always a favourite when in the Niagara area. "

"The man on concierge was so helpful when I was having difficulty booking inward travel. Room was a bit of a strange layout and couldn’t taje my heavy suitcase down to the bedroom part of my room, but otherwise lived my room and hadca great view of the falls."
