In addition, hotel staff was not able to make arrangement for the airport taxi in the next early morning (4am) with 24 hours ahead of schedule as being confirmed earlier, and never informed us earlier so that we can think of any other ways, leaving anxiety in us. " Lovely stay at Deer Valley, staff were great, very friendly. Really liked that meals were served at your table - we had stayed at a few other places recently that were all buffet style. The food was very very nice, and the italian dinner focus was a nice change from several weeks of japanese food. Breakfast was a large american plate, which also included a tasty curry soup (love that about hokkaido). Onsen has a nice view of Asahidake, and it was good to have the option to also take an onsen...

"I enjoyed my stay at Cross Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is just few minutes walk from Sapporo JR Station, Odori Park and Susukino. TV Tower, Clock Tower and the market is just near by. Hot spring is on the top of the building. I can enjoy the city view from there, very relaxing. The service was good but it is a little bit hard to communicate in English. I will come back again. "
