This was the first of two stays we had at the hotel. Loved everything about the hotel - spacious room, comfy bed, quiet and safe and in a great location. The public bath on the top floor of the hotel is such a treat and has a good view of Sapporo. The staff were so helpful and friendly which made for an extra special stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Super convenient to everything. Quiet and dark at night with comfortable beds for a great sleep. We only used the public baths on the top floor once but loved them - great view of the city from up high :) Staff were helpful and friendly with any requests we had. Would definitely stay here again!

This is our second trip to Sapporo, we opted for the larger room and it was well worth it as we stayed for 11 nights. It’s a 5 minute walk to the train station and 5 minute walk to Odari Park. The staff is excellent and the breakfast was good as well. Recommendations for the hotel: start the breakfast buffet at 0630, offer sashimi/sushi, more fruit options (ex bananas). When we come back, we will return to The Cross Hotel and we will refer our friends to this hotel.

When we checked in, the front desk staff failed to let us know that we have lounge access. I only found out our stayed included free lounge access the last night of a 9 nights-stay as I was going to pay for it. Otherwise, everything was great at this hotel, great location and clean room etc.

It's a good place for foreigner, good room layout even with 3 ppl stay in a room. A very small public bath house, but not an onsen, but it does what it supposed to do. But the washing stations has water control facet which is very annoying to wash up after the bath. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again if coming back.

This is a beautiful hotel. We loved the lounge access that came with our rooms, the amazing breakfast and the public bath experience. The staff were extremely helpful in finding options for us to get to places and to find restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Staff are nice and professional with good English, they are helpful and smile a lot. The room is clean with morden design, the public bath on the top floor is clean and has a great view, the breakfast buffet has many choices: ramen, curry soup, ice cream machine, etc and tasty.

Room was a little dated, had a slightly musky odour but otherwise appeared clean. Decent buffet style breakfast. Onsen was on the top floor with city views although not too visible with the fogging of the windows and on the smaller side. Great hotel centrally located - only a short walk from Sapporo Station. The rooftop bath was really welcome after a long journey to Japan. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight - especially the soup curry bar. We had three people so paying for a slightly larger room and a higher floor was worth the small upcharge. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

I had a great stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo. The location was excellent, situated between Susukino and Sapporo JR Station, making it easy to get around the city. Everything we wanted to see, do, and eat was within close proximity. The hotel itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The daily breakfast was excellent and a great way to start each day before exploring Sapporo. What stood out was the staff. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their service made the experience even better. I would definitely stay at Cross Hotel Sapporo again and will be coming back on my next visit to Sapporo.
