"In my opinión the hotel is past due in a heavy maintenance and some of the staff aren't very nice or professional but I think everybody should build their own opinions and the only way is to visit it. "

"Property is well organized. As soon as you arrive you are given a QR code where you can access information about the resort, be informed with resort activities (location+ timing), and reserve for restaurants. Workers are friendly and food is great"

"I recently stayed at Hard Rock Punta Cana and had a positive experience. The resort offers a wide variety of restaurants with delicious food, but we encountered difficulties finding tables at the Italian and Mexican restaurants on our third night. While the pools and snack bars were enjoyable, we hoped for more evening entertainment options, such as a DJ at the Moon Lounge. Overall, it’s a vibrant resort with great amenities, though there is room for improvement in certain areas."

"Out stay here was amazing. There is an abundance of dinner options and the workers truly go above and beyond. The room service is also excellent as well. As for the entertainment, the shows are great, but the Michael Jackson show is truly amazing."
