This beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath upscale, low-rise Destin Florida beach condo for rent, is located in a 20 unit complex that is directly on The Gulf of Mexico with private beach. Property amenities include a Gulf-front swimming pool, hot tub, gas BBQ grills, a fitness center, covered parking, and 255 ft of sugar white beach. This unit comes with one complimentary beach set up each day of your stay which includes one umbrella and two beach chairs. The spacious living area gives you plenty of space to relax after a long day at the beach. The sizable dining table and breakfast bar will allow every one to dine together. The kitchen features modern cabinets, granite counter tops, and Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances including a coveted gas range, and oven. The owner has provided a crock pot, waffle maker, keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, high chair, pack and play & hair dryers for each bathroom. Talk about customer service, Michelle was the best Iā€™ve ever dealt with. Very friendly, assisted us with everything we inquired about, and made sure we were answered promptly through the booking process, and when we arrived. The check-in was extremely easy and she even delivered a package before we arrived to the unit for the youngest that we had with us. canā€™t ask for any better!!! The unit was spotless & total excellent accommodations. The unit was very spacious & we loved being in the 4th floor. The view was fantastic, and the balcony was the largest weā€™ve ever seen in a condo. The pool was never crowded & was very clean. The walk to the beach was easy and a short distance & And having the set of beach chairs and umbrella was excellent. The unit had everything you need in the kitchen. We love the view from the family room, and the whole area was opened in spacious. We never felt crammed in the unit, even though there were 10 of us. Location was so close to restaurants, shopping & fun activities. This will definitely be our go rentsl whenever we plan another family trip! The condo is beautiful, with a lovely view. It is very well-equipped. Weā€™ve stayed with a large group in similar condos and this was by far the best supplied kitchen. The only thing I would request is more than one kitchen towel. We really appreciated the guest beach towels. There were also various beach items available. We didnā€™t use them, but it was nice to have them available. There is daily beach service of one umbrella and 2 chairs included and that was a much appreciated perk. Beautiful condo directly on the beach. Awesome double porch to enjoy at any time of the day or night (sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with a glass of wine)! Very well furnished... everything needed in the kitchen to cook... and then the balcony was nicely furnished with comfy furniture which is where we stayed most of the time!
