### Delray Oasis: Pool + Hot Tub

Escape to this beautifully remodeled 3BR/2BA retreat in a prime Delray Beach neighborhood. Just 15 minutes from the beach and downtown, this home offers the best of relaxation and convenience. Enjoy a brand-new heated pool and hot tub in your private backyard oasis. Inside, modern upgrades and stylish décor create the perfect setting for your getaway. Ideal for families or groups looking to experience the ultimate South Florida lifestyle!  
  
Guests have private access to the entire property  
  
I like to give guests privacy but am available when needed.  
No Diving in the pool  
No Minors in the pool unless accompanied by an adult  
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE 10 occupant maximum at any one time.  
Fine of $2,000 for anyone Violating party/ occupant rule at the home.  
2 Dog maximum must be approved prior  
  
Early Check in and late check out are separate charges and must be approved   
Pool Heat set no higher than 85 degrees, non compliance will result in fines of $200/day  
  
One camera in the corner covering the front door another in the backyard covering most of the backyard area another in the corner covering the driveway. All are exterior and recording 24/7\. Usually don’t get looked at unless there’s an incident. Tampering with cameras is grounds for immediate removal.  
  
Multiple Technicians come by to ensure the home is well maintained for guests, they do not need access to the interior of the home but must have access to exterior.
