Our guests will have access to the entire home, including the backyard. We offer self check-in for maximum independence and privacy. Security cameras are placed and the front door and deck.

Due to the revitalization of the neighborhood, you may hear construction noise, mostly during business hours. With less than 10 houses on the street, traffic is minimal. Some houses are in various states of repair. This home is in the Linden neighborhood, which may not be for everyone.

Absolutely no parties. Violators will be evicted without refund.

No removing furniture from the inside to bring outside. Outside furniture is provided and should be the only thing used outdoors.

Any additional guests need to be added to reservation.
