### Studio facing golf with terrace and parking

Located in Ciboure, opposite the Nivelle golf course, you'll appreciate this charming 25 m² studio with a 7 m² terrace.  
  
Its location allows you to reach the town center of Saint-Jean-de-Luz and its large beach in 15 minutes.  
  
A heated swimming pool is available from the beginning of the Easter holidays to the end of the All Saints' Day holidays, accessible from 10 \[hidden\] to 8 \[hidden\]  
  
The property consists of a living room with a 160 cm double sofa bed, a kitchenette including a refrigerator, two ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, a kettle, a filter coffee maker, a Nespresso coffee maker, and a fan-assisted microwave.  
  
A 7 m² terrace overlooking the Nivelle golf course allows you to enjoy your lunches outdoors.  
  
The bathroom has a toilet and a bathtub. General Wi-Fi is available throughout the residence, and you'll benefit from a private underground parking space.  
  
You will be asked to pay the tourist tax and a cation via Swikly or credit card imprint.  
  
Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
