His attention to detail and genuine care for our comfort significantly enhanced our stay, making us feel like valued guests. My favorite feature of the room was the private hot spring on the balcony. In addition to the room, the Banyan Tree had beautiful grounds, complete with a pleasant walkway alongside a flowing stream. However, during the weekend we arrived the city was having natural gas issues. We were unable to enjoy the public bath areas. The rooms in the main building are still under construction, so you will be woken up by the contractors which starts at 9am. Hopefully they can finish all the construction so there won't be disturbance to the main building. The Villa areas are not completed either, but its further away from the main building, the sound is less disturbing. The staff are all very polite, and well trained. The hotel may need to have more amenities so that in-case the hot spring is not functioning, they can provide other activities for guests. Over all great experience with minor kinks that the polite staff have helped manage.
