This beautiful, newly remodeled, spacious, 3 bed 2 bath ranch style home is set back on a large lot. Located close to a major hwy, restaurants and a shopping.  
  
Just 15 minute to Midway Airport, 25 mins to O'Hare, and 25 mins to Downtown Chicago. Its a great spot to get to everything!  
  
Perfect for families, vacationers, and business travelers.  
  
You must be 21 or older to book. You must provide a valid photo of your D.L. or State ID upon request.  
  
The Space:  
  
Bright and beautiful, this can be your home away from home. Perfect for vacationers, families, business travelers.  
  
Cleaning: Before each guest arrives, our home is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized for your safety and peace of mind.  
  
Enjoy this spacious, newly remodeled, all brick, ranch style smart home with private fenced yard and rear patio. Free, fast WiFi, free private parking for up to 4 cars.  
  
Comfortable for families. If you have children, we have a pack n' play and a bin of children's toys (ages 3+), also children's dishes and a high chair.   
  
Overall we have 1 King bed and 2 queen beds, an inflatable queen mattress, and a full sleeper sofa bed. Blackout curtains are in each bedroom. The remodeled Kitchen is fully equipped for longer stays, including a dish washer, and clothes washer and dryer machine! 2 new bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Access to fully fenced, pet friendly backyard patio. Free private parking for up to 4 cars.  
  
Inside the home, the foyer opens up to a living room with restored hardwood flooring. Around the corner is a large dine in kitchen all done in brand new flooring, granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. Among the three bedrooms is a massive master suite with a King Bed, separate shower and tub with vanity sinks. The second and third bedrooms have comfy queen beds.  
  
All bedrooms have high quality mattresses, night lamps with USB outlets to charge phones and tablets, and large 4k HDTV's.  
  
Note: All guests on the property must be on the booking. The maximum house capacity is 10 people. No more than 10 are allowed in the house and they must all be on the booking contract. House rule violations include: Unauthorized visitors, parties, events, smoking/ vaping and are subject to immediate cancellation without refund. We value the safety and security of our guests as well as our neighbors.   
  
Please do not flush wipes, tampons, or paper towels. This will clog the plumbing.   
  
Please note: There is \*no garage access\*  
  
PET FEES and PET RULES:   
  
Standard pet fee is 1-2 pets $75.  
  
For 3-4 pets the fee is $150  
  
If we have to clean up pet urine or droppings in the apartment or pet droppings outside we will charge additional.   
  
We must be notified if you have animals, even if they are service animals. Animals must not be left unattended unless they are crated. They cannot be left loose alone in the house.

For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front building view of the driveway, and the rear deck. We provide free parking for up to 4 cars. Unauthorized cars may be towed at owner's expense  
  
The maximum house capacity is 10 people. Unauthorized parties, guests, and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.  
  
Checkout: Before you leave, kindly scrape off food from plates, place in dish washer and start it. Turn off all lights and tv's. Place lock outside doors on your way out. Thank you.

The size of the house was great however we couldn't use the garage. Could use more chairs in the living room. lacking in kitchen towels and utensils. Could use a crock pot, only had one frying pan. Not enough face towels in the bathrooms. Main bedroom and bathroom were colder then the rest of the house. The yard had a lot of leaves and twigs and branches in it-excessively so. Shower heads need to be cleaned. The shampoo and body wash dispensers are mounted to high up. We had to wipe down the counter tops due to an unusual film on them.

The house was uncomfortably warm throughout the stay. Asked for air to be turned down and was told unable to go below 72 degrees. No exhaust in bathrooms so showering made the house extra warm and humid. Also lawn needed to be mowed and weeds pulled. Otherwise the house was nice to stay in. Very convenient and close to our family in Chicago.

We stayed for 9 nights in July 2025 with 4 people and 3 dogs. The home was perfect for us: clean, well-appointed, well-located close to the city, all-one-floor (one of us is handicapped), plenty of parking (even for additional visitors), and a large fenced-in yard. The beds were big and comfortable, plenty of room throughout, plenty of towels, washcloths, etc. The neighborhood is nice, we walked our dogs every day and felt very safe. Just be aware that 111th is a busy street and there is no sidewalk there - but just around the corner is a much quieter area for walking. As others mentioned, despite the busy street, noise was not a problem in the house. Overall, the house was everything we needed.

#### Warm and Cozy Home

The home was updated and very clean. The kitchen was large and was well stocked. The owner provided everything you would need to cook. The fenced in yard was a bonus as we traveled with our dog. The neighborhood is older and safe. The neighboring homes are well maintained. The street in front of the house is busy during rush hour, but didn't create an issue pulling out into traffic. We did not experience noise from the traffic. We had one small glitch which was taken care of quickly. The communication with the owner was excellent. There are so many restaurants in the area to choose from. We are originally from that area and it was a treat to visit some of our favorite spots. I highly recommend this home and plan on staying there again as we have family in the area.

We had a short stay in this property and we wished it could have been longer. The house was very nice, clean and the communication was great!! It is a short drive to the airport and to downtown. We would definitely stay here again

#### Exceptional Property.

In town for daughters wedding. We came from Texas. Property very easy to find. Had friends and family from Texas and Illinois. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect spot for wedding and reception location. Place was more than we could have asked for. Very clean. Fenced in back yard was more than perfect for the little mutt. Highly recommend for any occasion. James the Host, was the best. Very professional and asked if we were OK and if we needed anything. The only downfall, and that is on us, was the weather. Being from deep South Texas anything under 50 degrees is terrible. James can not control the weather. LOL. If we are ever in need of place to stay in Chicago, this place will be number 1 on the list.

#### Southside Chicago stay

We came into town for a wedding this place was the perfect spot for me and my family great location lots of space very clean. And the beds were very comfy to sleep in. It’s located in 111th st which is a pretty busy road however you don’t really hear the road noise inside the house which is nice. We were traveling with a toddler and the place had plenty of stuff for him (high chair, pack n play, books, etc). Would have easily been a 5 star review but the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was not working. Other then that we were extremely happy with our experience would gladly stay there again

#### Chicago Vacation

We booked this property for our Chicago vacation. We were in a good spot to be able to drive out to the city when we had plans but also plenty of things to do nearby as well! After being in busy traffic, it was a relief to be able to come back to the house away from it all! Like other reviews stated, the house is on a main road, but it sits back far enough and we couldn’t hear a thing! The house was a great size and felt like home. It was equipped with most things we needed. The backyard is a good size and fenced in. We didn’t end up bringing our dogs, but they would have loved it! The host was responsive and check in was a breeze! A few ideas to add in the future…. Towel hooks on the bathroom doors, a laundry basket in the laundry area, and for those of us who stay for a few days, maybe a small dresser in the bedrooms and extra hangers. Overall a great stay!!

Nice property with large rooms. Easy access to Chicago. Property is on busy street but sleeping in the front bedroom and no issues. Fenced backyard was nice for our dog. Would stay again if in area.

#### Ants and Not Pet Friendly

Ants in both bathrooms every day. In bathtubs and on our toothbrushes - gross. My Dog dropped her ball and it rolled under the bed - OMG - Dust & Misc. Trash. Checked under chair cushions and found some dead bugs and old food. Outside backyard was NOT Pet Friendly. Leaves and tree branches from last year are everywhere - some places as high as 12". My dogs had trouble walking around because the thousands of acorns from the trees would get into their paws and they would limp back to me for help. Not Pet Friendly !!!

#### Perfect for Our Reunion

This property was perfect for our Cousins Reunion in nearby Palos Park. The large kitchen was a gathering place, and roomy enough for many walks down memory lane over coffee and snacks. The great weather allowed us to enjoy the backyard patio one evening, although it needs a little spiffing up. The location was close to restaurants but pretty quiet inside. The house was clean and comfortable with ample off street parking. I highly recommend it!

#### Wonderful spacious home

The home was very spacious and remodeled beautifully. It seemed like the neighborhood would be loud because the home is close to a busy road but it was very quiet and a nice nice neighbors as well. Conveniently located near stores and most anything you'd need.
