Very comfortable and charming. Cable tv and wifi. With hardwire internet connection. This home is for guests only. When you book this it is only for your use during your stay. The space The layout of this home has the kitchen in the center where people can gather and enjoy a great time Guest access The entire property. There is a deck out back and a screened porch. No exit strategy. I didn't want to leave the house unlocked but was called crazy when I left the key in the house, with the door locked. Bryan is a very rude person with poor communication skills. Windows moldy and painted shut which worried me since there were no smoke detectors and the electric was sketchy. Bathroom was done over nicely , except the tub faucets which were stuck on shower. Bathroom window did open a couple of inches, but it was disgusting. One of the bedroons used to be a livingroom, so no door just curtins for privacy. The kitchen was nice and big as was the dining room,which was what I was looking for. The owner seemed like a really nice guy and very accommodating, which maked me wonder since he lives next door why the house , deck, and yard are not in better s hape. Just a little disappointed as I have paid less and gotten alot more house and in much better shape. ##### Linda A.
