"Guys if you are going to stay all day in hotel room then this is not best option for you and if you are not gonna spent all day in hotel then this is an excellent location for all your needs and historical sites of Mexico City hotel is just on the Main Street best part of it everything closed by in walking distance. Regarding hotel condition it’s not in best condition still you can spent few nights without no problem. Toilet need urgent upgrade rest all good. "

"Had a great stay at Galeria Plaza Reforma! The hotel was safe, very clean, and in a perfect location—just a short walk to great restaurants and nightlife. The gym was spotless, and the restaurant downstairs served a solid dinner. The staff really made the experience, though. They were super friendly and accommodating, even helped coordinate a nearby room for my brother when he arrived midweek. And huge shoutout to the front desk for saving my trip by providing earplugs so I could sleep through my dad’s snoring—lifesavers! One heads-up: the Signature Double Room has two full beds (not queens), which isn’t mentioned on the website. Still, very comfortable overall. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"me gusta mucho este hotel, es cómodo, sencillo y a buen precio. llegamos a las 5 am, tuvimos que esperar una hora adecuada para desayunar y luego regresar a hacer check in; porque no se puede hasta las tres de la tarde. lo cual me pareció ilógico. si tienen la habitación disponible, pues te dejan pasar y ya. pero no se pudo. igual respetamos eso y volvimos por la tarde fuera de eso, no tengo ningún comentario negativo, siempre disfruto quedarme en su hotel"

"Due to flight cancellations and airline mixups, I was stranded in the Mexico city airport overnight and this hotel was a lifesaver, especially as I was travelling with two young kids. Facilities are clean Staff is friendly and it’s great to have a hotel in the airport that I can walk to have a clean bed to sleep in and have a good meal at one of the great restaurants. "
