But when I knew the top of the range- it was inside my budget (it was going to be at the most 250 each) —- when I went to complain at the concierge- he was totally useless. Didn't do anything to help, didnt offer anything to make up for it- and the manager never called me as I requested. . The drinks are even better than I remember from my first visit, and the food was also very good with plenty of variety. Like any place, there are always small things that could improve. When we visited Domo, the restaurant in the Finest Club area, the air conditioning was not working, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Also, at times there was only one bartender at certain bars, especially at the pool bar, which can be a lot for one person when it gets busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort. It works well for families because there are activities for children, but it also has adults-only areas for those looking for a quieter stay. I didn’t travel with my kids this time, so I can’t comment in detail on the children’s activities, but it was clear there were many options available.
