No air conditioning in the room, the site said it had 24 hour room service, it does not. No mini fridge to keep stuff cold we had, the service was pretty poor. We would eat in the hotel and we had to attempt over and over to get help for our bill or for more water, nobody checks on you, they told us they could get us taxis and failed 3 times and we were on a tight schedule; we put money on our tab as soon as we got there and used it up in two days but when we checked out and had to be at the airport quickly they said we had more to pay for and we didn’t even have time to argue, they don’t communicate and I will never stay here again. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the view of the ocean…..

We arrived a little on the later side, and the staff could not have been more accommodating. I was sorry we couldn’t stay longer!
