The room was decently clean upon arrival, but we experienced several issues during our stay. Our balcony hot tub didn’t work properly, neither the jets nor the light functioned. The toilet only half-flushed and essentially didn’t work for the entire stay. Despite submitting a request, the staff did nothing to fix it. Throughout our visit, extensive renovations were taking place across the hotel, including new flooring, exterior painting, and light fixture replacements. We were not made aware that such a large portion of the hotel would be under maintenance, which significantly impacted our experience. The staff were alright but often unhelpful, especially at the pool bar and buffet. At the buffet, we were frequently ignored, and requests for water were rarely fulfilled. While the buffet food is included, it was underwhelming compared to other resorts. This was my third trip to Cancun, and unfortunately, out of all three resorts I’ve stayed at, this was by far the worst.

Property was kept clean. Staff were helpful with any questions I had about the area. Food was actually pretty good even though I am picky. Beach was amazing. One downfall was the hot tub and pools closed fairly early.

I loved everything about the hotel. I ideal location, affordable rate, great breakfast and clean rooms. Definitely going to stay here on my next visit

We would like to extend our special thanks to Vanessa Garnika M, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. Her professionalism, kindness, and dedication made a significant difference in our overall experience. We also greatly appreciated the efforts of the housekeeping staff, who ensured our stay was comfortable and pleasant. In addition, the support provided by the reception team, business services, and the entire cleaning personnel was excellent. That said, we feel the hotel itself aligns more closely with a three-star property. Despite its upgraded rating, many aspects of the facilities appear unchanged over the years, including the furniture, utensils, cookware sets, and room interiors. Unfortunately, we also encountered a roach infestation in both our villa room and the hallway, which was concerning. Additionally, while it appears the hotel offers weekend passes to local visitors, we believe security measures should be strengthened. During conversations with other vacationers, we learned that several guests had beach towels stolen over the weekend and were later asked to reimburse the hotel for the missing items. We would recommend implementing a separate towel system for local visitors to help security improve track usage. We also personally experienced an uncomfortable situation when local visitors occupied our beach recliner while we were in the water. Improved monitoring of guest areas would help enhance the overall guest experience and sense of security.
