Amazing experience from beginning to end. Excellent communication with staff, room was cleaned daily and turndown service was great. Loved the staff, cocktail making on the beach, bingo and water aerobics were my favourite and watching volleyball was fun. Food was excellent, only disappointed once. Evening entertainment always entertained! They will make any drink for you, you can ask to order off the menu. The seaweed was an issue, but the resort is so wonderful we didn't miss the beach that much. Mark, Fernanda, Vanessa and "SoChill" all went out of their way to make our trip wonderful.

The staff here is always so helpful, pleasant and polite. We love staying here.

Dry nice place and honest staff. I lost a 300.00 pair of sunglasses the second day and they were returned to the front counter All I can say is it’s a amazing place

Great staff! Had a great time! It was a very nice resort. They really kept everything clean. They give you daily maid service and nightly turn down. Food was great! . No reservations were required other than Spice International. (Hibachi). Beaches were nice and were cleaned up daily. We had a swim out room. They provided drink services at our swim up which was convenient. Entertainment was decent. Love the coffee and pastries shop! You have to try the chocolate donuts! Loved getting hot or iced vanilla lattes everyday. Pools were really nice. Plenty of chairs were available. Lots of activities daily offered. Download the app when you check in and you can reference anything you need during your stay. I give it an 8 out of a 10. Bathroom area needs to be closed off better in your room. I’m an early bird. Anyone trying to sleep In will get an eye full of light from the bathroom since it’s open to the bedroom area.

Wifi was spotty and not reliable. Went to 3 different restaurants at 7:00pm and was told they were full for the night, had people waiting for tables. Some info at checkin about the process would have helped. First time at this property but wegave stayed next door at the adults only Location and it was much better service and wifi.

Wonderful small, quiet resort. We had a wonderful 4 day stay. The staff are wonderful and very responsive and helpful. The only inconsistencies we experienced were in the mixing of drinks - you may get different results depending on which bar you are at. The plant based menu was also hot or miss and could be improved to add plant based proteins. If you are vegan, you’ll need to bring your own supplements as the meals contain .

The place is nice, clean but maybe need some updates. The elevators runs slow and weird. If u call for elevator from main floor to go up, somehow it takes you all the way down first before moving up. The staff are cool, only took 1 star out coz we checked in early which is not their fault but we kept being given false hope on early check in. Also, they need to update the restaurants. Marcopolo seem kind of pretentious coz there’s an expected dress code and restaurant’s vibe is like a steak house but staff either didn’t memorize the menu before opening or there’s just a language barrier. Also same restaurant, some menu description doesn’t match at all with the dish.
