The managaer had a wildly inappropriate conversation with my child accusing me of theft and stealing the room. The entire hotel felt gross and unclean.

The convenience of the location was a plus...it was why I chose the facility. However, the desk clerk on Wednesday, May 22 around 5:00 had the personality of a post. Barely conversed...did not offer information or help... she was on her phone the next time I saw her and no greeting really ever. I did not feel welcome at this hotel. It's also not the cleanest hotel. Even the sheets looked a bit suspicious. The phone would not accept asks about wake up calls and the phone number said I was in 309, but my card said 311. Mostly little annoying things, but should be addressed.

The coffee maker was broken. The remote for the TV was non-functional. The desk promised a different, functional coffee maker. We were given new batteries and that solved the TV issue. A kind receptionist.

Our room smelled like marijuana when our family checked into our room. There were a lot of ants in our room. The upper lock on our room door was broken, no comforters on our beds. Beds were very stuff and uncomfortable. We didnt mind it so much but some might not like hearing airplanes lift off at the nearby airport. Very few towels in our room. Our kids said the pool water looked green and dirty, they didnt want yo use it because of how it looked. The good: air conditioner/thermostat worked well, continental breakfast was ok, staff answered questions when we rang the front desk.

Don't expect happy front desk staff
Place is great for shutle to airport. Accommodations are fine too. Front desk personnel are questionable. The night we checked in girl had no personality, could not understand her then she gave us a room that was already occupied! Not a pleasant first impression. Shuttle driver good.

Good place near the airport
Our room was spacious and comfortable. Check-in was easy. The only complaint was that there was not much food left when we went to breakfast....and we were there by 8:00 a.m. Other than that, we were happy with our choice.

Night checkin staff not personable, but got the job done. Hotel did not seem busy, but had no hot breakfast in the morning besides waffle maker. Milk, orange juice, and apple juice were also all unavailable. Free transportation to airport was quick and on time, but driver never left van and passengers had to load annd unload their own luggage in the back.

The property’s proximity to the airport made it the perfect place for my needs - my flight was leaving extremely early in the morning and it was a short 5 minute drive to the long term parking lot! The hotel is clean and well taken care of. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Just an ok stay. Stayed to be close to airport for early morning flight. Unable to sleep as they were plowing snow outside at 2:30 am. Kept hitting things so loud banging. The water pipes groan loudly when someone on another floor flushes and could hear doors opening and closing on other floors.
