Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it includes:  
\- two bedrooms with a double bed, a single bed and a bunk bed;  
\- a bathroom;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen ;  
\- a dining area ;  
\- and a living room with a sofa bed.  
You will particularly appreciate the furnished terrace of 80 square meters, where you can have your aperitifs in peace and quiet and extend the day outside.  
  
The following equipment will be at your disposal: Hairdryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Dryer, Fan, Microwave, Oven, Iron.  
Sheets and towels are provided at extra cost. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.  
  
One of the assets of the apartment is its brightness (you can admire the sunrise in the rooms)!  
It is also very appreciated for its location. It is located near many restaurants and the hypercenter (16 minutes on foot).  
  
During your stay, you will also have the opportunity to discover the must-see places that make the city famous, such as  
\- the Downtown Beach (11 minutes on foot) ;  
\- the Saint Laurent Church (16 minutes away);  
\- the Port of Cavalaire (4 minutes away by car);  
\- the Maison Foncin (10 minutes away); and many others...

\## Emplacement  
Cavalaire is located on the southernmost bay of the Var coast. Its magnificent beach, 3 km long, makes the reputation of this summer resort, overhung by the Pradels mountain range, it offers a marvelous picture. It is a paradise for sailing enthusiasts, its modern port, with a capacity of 1,230 places, is protected and easy to access. With a mild and sunny climate all year round, Cavalaire is the ideal setting for a few tourist escapades: Iles du Levant, Porquerolles and Port Cros. In the summer, at nightfall, the streets and café terraces come alive. From one square to another, concerts and open-air shows are organized.
