"Lovely place, great location."

"La situation géographique est idéale. Accès facile aux vaporettos, la biennale, les restaurants, bars, épiceries, parc. Le tout situé dans un quartier agréable.Points à améliorer, le filtre du lave-vaisselle était encrassé, le drain de la douche s’écoulait si lentement que nos pieds baignaient dans, laissant un dépôt de saleté après utilisation. De plus, impossible de faire tenir le pommeau de douche et pas de savonnier.Le lit double est mou. La climatisation dans la 2e chambre était bruyante...

"wir waren 4 Tage in Venedig und im Quentin untergebracht. Wir wurden beim Vaporetto abgeholt. Es ist ein Appartement nahe der Biennale. Alles super erreichbar. Es gibt in der Nähe einen coop Supermarkt wo man einkaufen kann. Gute Klimaanlagen vorhanden."

"The location is great. Walking distance to vaporetto and major areas, lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment itself, in terms of rooms/furniture, was comfortable, and it has great potential. Unfortunately, we did have a few issues in terms of cleanliness, AC equipment, and communication prior to check-in for which we provided private feedback for improvement. We were only in Venice for a couple of days and still had a great time. We hope they address those items for future...

"Great location let than a mile from St Marks Square but far enough to be quiet. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Very close to water boat that transferred us from Plaza"

"Accommodation is well located to explore Venice. The air conditioning was broken and no communication until I contacted agency. The replacement did not work. We did not sleep because of the heat. Sorry would not recommend this accommodation. "
