This was a great hotel which made me and my family very happy. The breakfast buffet was great, the room was very nice and the staff friendly. Also easy location to get to the Venice attractions from.

This hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the Basilica of San Marco and Doges Palace. The hotel is very nice, but the staff is amazing. From the time we walked in until the time we left, they were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we've had in Europe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We had an early flight home and they helped us arrange a water taxi to the airport and even had a to-go breakfast waiting for us. The hotel is very kid friendly.

I stayed for four days in March. It is an excellent four star hotel, very close to St Mark's Square and the major sites. The staff were friendly and professional. The bedroom had wooden shutters on the window so was both dark and very quiet (it was a quiet area anyway, as is most of Venice). This is a traditional hotel and has real character. I would definitely stay again if I return to Venice.

A traditional hotel in a beautiful old building in a fantastic location just a few minutes walk from St Marks Square. All the staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was amongst the best I’ve had in many years of travelling.

The staff were so welcoming when we arrived. They carried our bags up to our room and showed us through the room. They room was lovely and the little balcony had a beautiful view. The breakfast buffet each morning was delicious! Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent except the Shower needs improving in Room 80 I have already booked the same room for the Carnival in 2024. My suggestion would be to put a new shower head and lead in the Bathroom. I look forward to my next visit to your Hotel, February 2024.

Well located just 5 mins from St Mark’s Sq with direct access to river taxis needed for return trips to and from the airport. Fantastic fine food restaurant and bar and excellent complimentary breakfasts. Friendly and helpful staff. Great hotel in the heart of Venice.
