The room was clean, spacious and well provided. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast excellent, accommodating different tastes. All that was enhanced by the hotel location, centric but quiet, on the canal and next to a vaporetto (water bus) stop. Strongly recommended.

This is a really great property in an amazing location. We had the Magnolia apartment and the living room and bedrooms are huge. The palazzo is beautifully restored and it is such a comfortable place. We were able to get a water taxi directly to and from so no dragging luggage around Venice. I highly recommend staying here.

The service, the location and the facilities were excellent. Breakfast buffet was great and it had options for everyone. The location in front of a quiet canal was perfect to enjoy an Apperol spritz or any of their signature drinks and relax for the evening. The rooms were beautiful. Great location. In a busy area. Best part is that it is right on a small canal for easy drop off and pick up for water taxi so you don't have to wobble/schlep all over Venice streets with luggage. Breakfast is perfectly adequate to get you started for the day. Front desk staff were attentive and helpful.
