The hotel was excellent! We loved loved loved it!!! The location was great because it was close to everything and easily accessible from the water taxi. It was good to know to pack light because we had to carry our bags up/down some stairs. The staff was excellent and very helpful and spoke good English. There was a free breakfast buffet that was very good and a restaurant for dinner and drinks in the evening. I would highly recommend Albergo San Marco to anyone going to Venice!

Great location very near to Saint Mark Bascilica. Staff were friendly and happy to see an elevator to move our luggage to the hire floors. Room was clean and spacious for our hotel. Price was reasonable and would recommend this hotel.

Having an elevator so we didn't have to carry our luggage up stairs was golden. The breakfast was plentiful and a good variety. The location was perfect, 2 minute walk to St Marks and the waterfront to catch transportation.
