This property though cute was listed as "New"and with an "Ocean View", including a pool. I can see how some aspects of the property were new… The paint, some of the decor, and the appliances. But other than that I would not say that it was "new".
The "ocean view" is a small crack between two other buildings. The living room sofa is quite worn and they have a throw cover on it to update the look.
The patio furniture is extremely rusted. It was great to sit on the patio but you would have to be cautious not to rub up against the rust.
Unfortunately the pool was green for the entire four days stay that we were there. There was a maintenance person working on cleaning it up on the second day. We did receive a small refund for our inconvenience but unfortunately the pool was one of the main reasons for booking this home.
There is parking underneath the building for small vehicles. Spaces are shared so you have to keep in mind where you are parking.
The AC unit struggled to keep the humidity low. Some of the decor had visible rust from the high humidity inside the unit.
I feel that this place is overpriced and not an accurate description in the listing.
