Vieles war sehr schäbig, z.B. die versiffte Fußmatte, die Gardinen, die gelösten Tapeten. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, braucht eine gründliche Komplettreinigung und eine Renovierung. Die Lage ist super.
