### Holiday Home 'Pescadores' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

Are you planning a vacation by the sea, are you discerning and want something out of the ordinary? Then take a look at the fisherman's house, or "Casa de Pescadores" in Spanish, in Cala Rataja directly on Son Moll beach.  
  
The typical fisherman's house, built in a completely renovated Spanish style. Classically beautiful and yet modern. And much larger than you would initially expect.  
  
The façade has been perfectly restored by hand. Inside, there are several luxuriously furnished rooms and three terraces. It stands on a plot about 200 meters from the fine sandy Son Moll beach, an ideal location on the outskirts of the village, from where you can explore everything on foot and do your shopping.  
  
How about a relaxing dip in the private jacuzzi on the roof terrace after breakfast? Grab a glass of champagne and toast to your vacation! "Disfruta la vida" - "Enjoy life". Four comfortable sun loungers are also available for you on the roof terrace.  
  
You will feel right at home here! It has been furnished to a high standard and with great attention to detail. You can immediately feel that someone has a knack for stylish furnishings here. The high rooms with exposed wooden beams on the ceiling are particularly noteworthy. Combined with the terracotta-colored floor tiles, this creates a harmonious ambience.  
  
In terms of location, the "Pescadores" vacation home offers everything you would expect from a vacation on the beautiful island of Mallorca. Close to the beach, close to the village and yet with plenty of peace and privacy. Cala Son Moll, Cala Gat and Cala Agulla are all within walking distance. No matter what time you want to explore the lively Cala Ratjada - you can stroll along the promenade into the town in a pleasantly short distance.

#### Cute house in a great location

Pros: The beds were comfortable and the location was convenient to walk around town. The owner was very quick to respond when we had issues with the hot water. Cons: The towels are old and gray and could be updated.
