"The room floors were not clean and appeared to have construction dust on them. Even after housekeeping serviced the room, my feet still felt dirty when walking around. The food was inconsistent—good on some days, but just okay on others. The drinks at the bar, however, were excellent: 10/10."

"Only thing I did not like was how some pools and bars close early, and if it closed at 7 by 6 they would not serve you drinks at all so they could have enough time to close on time. I think the hotel should have people explain how to explore the app better because I feel like they need to be better when it comes to customer service."
