Food was great but not many options to order in the pool area. Rooms were dated but clean and tolerable. We never got a tour of the resort. Resort isn’t huge but it’s nice. Restaurants are nice. My biggest issue was not getting full disclosure on the ATV ride excursion that was sold to me as far as what was included and how long I’d be gone. The transportation company that took me to ATV riding was horrible. Also, I was given a voucher to return to the resort for free after signing up for a timeshare presentation. It was misplaced or taken by housekeeping and the resort wouldn’t give me a new one to return. I lost over 2 hours of my day and they couldn’t even accommodate me..

The Dreams entertainment team was amazing!!!! Shout out to Dylan, Antonio, and Sue for keeping us active, making us laugh and most importantly for making us feel so welcome. The 7 restaurants were beautiful and the food was great. There are so many things to do that you will not be bored during your stay. The staff is super nice and helpful. We loved staying here and highly recommend going to Dreams Jade. -Tom & Anna
