Additionally, there are three bedrooms: one with a french bed (150 cm, length 190 cm), bath/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating; another with two beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating; and the third room equipped with 1x2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating.

The property offers a well-appointed kitchen with 4 hot plates, a dishwasher, microwave, and electric coffee machine. There is also a separate shower/WC. Outdoor amenities include 2 large terraces with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, providing a lovely view of the sea and the town.
