"The first night we arrived the villa was dirty, the sheets and pillows were on the floor and we booked a villa but had to stay in a regular room the first night. The third night our belongings were stolen and the staff didn’t even care. We had to make a police report. Never staying here again. Don’t recommend it unless you want a place that steals from their guests. We asked the neighbors if they have cameras and they shared their feed from the cameras. We shared our findings to the hotel and again didn’t care. The neighbor of the villa also said that his car got broken into 3 days ago. Don’t recommend this place/area."

"We just stayed for one night as we were in transit. It was a great hotel and we wanted to stay longer. The pool and games area was great, as was the workout facility. I was also impressed by the friendliness of the pool cleaning staff. "
