Cleanliness was ok, ac was pretty flirty it needs to be cleaned, smell of mould and visible on blades. the reliance on guests taking trash out and cleaning glasses etc probably isn’t the best thing, drinking glasses were filthy and clearly relying on the previous persons quick clean up before going doesn’t work. We did have rain, but can imagine it would be nice hanging around the pool if it was sunny. Check in was seamless and easy. Cleanliness wasn’t amazing and if this was improved then would change the whole place, as first impressions count right? Price was up there considering the distance out of Byron. If the small things were improved I would definitely stay there again, otherwise I would probably stay somewhere more central for a similar price. (It ended up being for the duration of our stay). Just a bit late to find anything else. These things would have made a difference especially being a 15 min walk from the cbd and not driving. It is only one room and I thought for the price it was definitely overpriced and not worth the money. I am hearing impaired and phoned management to ask how to activate the ‘closed captions’ but they never got back to me with a solution. It is the little things that go a long way. It did seem to me this was a place that was taking advantage of Byron being a in-demand tourist destination.
