Everything was first-rate, the decor is splendid, the bed very comfortable and there is a luxurious feel to the whole apartment. The hot tub was the star of the show! The heating controls were awful and the heaters kept switching off, my mum who is 89 was freezing for most of the time. She is also quite small so the beds being so high was an issue and she found it difficult getting in and out during the night. Because it was so cold I could not make use of the bath which I had looked forward to. The gravel front drive was difficult for mum - who needs to use a rollater. It feels wrong to be so critical considering how absolutely lovely the surroundings are, but we would not come again unless in summer and not with a disabled mum. ##### PeterD
