"Nice hotel, excellent Hotel staff"
Airport shuttle service is excellent, they promptly picked for even a post midnight arrival. Staff were very helpful with baggage shifting to room. They also helped with arranging transportation back out of the hotel. Hotel room was clean, no complaints. Breakfast was good.

"Art Deco style hotel in downtown Buffalo"
Enjoyed the hotel, only complaint was I booked a King room and ended up with a Queen because the King's were sold-out. My room faced into the side of another part of the hotel, thus I had no natural light coming into the room, which made it feel dark even with the sun was shining outside. The rate included buffet style breakfast which was okay, but eggs were cold.

"Perfect for shopping at Walden Galleria mall"
This hotel is located just a car park away from Walden Galleria Mall where you can find the typical departmental stores such as Macy's, JC Penny, Sears and all the others that you find in malls with them. In addition, across the major road is a KMart, Burlington Coat factory , Olive Garden etc.My husband and I visited Canada and was at Niagara falls for a few days and decided to take the Greyhound over to do some shopping for another few days before returning to Toronto. So this hotel worked out perfect. The room was comfortable since we were there mostly at night..You can get a decent breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and there are snack machines on every floor. My only problem was their drainage because the water in the shower and sink takes very long to go down the waste. So you cant really take very long showers as it starts to build up in the tub and the same happens in the face basin while brushing your teeth etc. We did report it on front desk and someone addressed it but it started again the next day. Other than that it served our purpose and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. I will stay there again if every we are in Niagara and want to do some american shopping

"Great Hotel in good loaction"
Very pleasantry surprised. Good location, number of small restaurants and bars literally around a corner. Nice Mexican restaurant right in the building. Close to Elmwood district with beautiful houses, Olmsted designed parks, Albright Knox museum ( a must for a visitor!). Couple of blocks from streetcar station that takes you to the harbor. Hotel staff is very helpful and energetic. Rooms are large and conformable. WIFI worked well. Breakfast was good, there is even WSJ for guests. Thank you

"Convenient, safe and clean"
My son and I stayed here while driving home from Erie, PA to Boston after dropping another son off at school. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bright, clean atmosphere at the hotel and the size of our room which was huge! We had stayed in another hotel in Syracuse the night before which was 1/3 the size. The room was very clean, as was the bathroom, with a view of the Buffalo airport right across the street. It was obviously a commercial area but felt very safe and well kept. Beverages and snacks were available during a cocktail hour in the lobby and the onsite restaurant had a great menu which I, unfortunately, didn't have time to try as I dined out with friends. My son, however, raved about the chipotle steak wrap he ordered from room service. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!
