"Friendly staff and helpful, specially on 21st morning, morning shift staff Geoffrey (maybe Gregory)walked to the parking lot to help me find my car, since I parked my car in the night, couldn't remember where did I park and panicked thought my car got towed, I was really appreciate his patience and kindness."

"Overall excellent. I love the fact that it has a jacuzzi pool, which is not always available in all hotels. The only critic for me are the pillows--- I would love a more dense, bigger pillows, because it becomes so flat and uncomfortable. Thank you."
