The property was easy to find right off the highway. Breakfast was pretty standard as hotel breakfasts go. Unfortunately, you could tell that the property was old and in need of repairs - deteriorating walls, etc. The stay was okay. I did not make use of the housekeeping services since we were only there for two nights and I prefer my privacy. Generally the stay itself was okay until the second morning when I found a cockroach in my room. It was sick or just stuck on it's back so it didn't run when I turned on the light. I took video close up and then zoomed out so you can tell that it was their bathroom and I didn't just bring it with me to be a pain. I showed the clerk at checkout and was told that "they clean daily and have exterminators in regularly. I will send someone right down. Unfortunately, because you booked through expedia, there is nothing I can do about the price." She did give me a business card with the appropriate contact information when I told her I would be sending a letter to the hotel. I know that Best Western isn't a five star hotel, but with a national brand and reputation, I expect to have a stay without unwelcome, creepy, crawly roommates.
