« We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :) »

« We stayed at the cottage while we moved my son in to his dorm at University of Rochester. The cottage was spacious and charming. The host included thoughtful touches like some tea and sugar in the kitchen and hand lotion in the bathrooms. We had coffee on the back porch in the morning and watched bunnies eat the clover. The location is perfect. Close to the campus and food option. We will definitely be back! »

« If you like hot showers, I don't recommend this place. At first the place seemed nice. Looked and smelled clean ,but when i looked in the cabnet there was a bag of trash and the inside of the drawers were very dirty. The shower was cold and when I contacted the host it took almost 2 hrs for them to get back to me. They said they fixed it, but it was still cold the next morning and I contacted them again. This time it took over 5 hrs for a reply. They fixed it, but it it only got a little warmer...

"Hotel très correct dans son ensemble. Seul point négatif: pas de cafetière ni bouilloire dans la chambre (malgré ce qui est annoncé ). Impossible d'avoir un café avant 7:00a, heure d'ouverture du restaurant. Très frustrant, surtout aux Etats Unis !"

"Personnel accueillant 24/7, chambre propre, pas de tapis, tranquillité la semaine, achalandé la fin de semaine. Parking accessible. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre comme prévu, pas de déjeuner fourni malgré l’annonce. Chambre fonctionnelle avec air climatisé, frigo et micro onde propres , pas de congélateur, petit coffre-fort, fer à repasser et séchoir à cheveux. Je n’ai pas eu le code du wifi. Il ont encaissé le paiement sur ma carte de crédit dès mon arrivée alors que c’était annoncé qu’on pouvait payer comptant en quittant, ce que j’avais prévu mais refusé. Aucun insecte nulle part dans la chambre. Quelques travaux pourraient rendre la chambre plus jolie pour ceux qui ont besoin d’un endroit chic et au goût du jour. "
