Welcome to our cozy and comfortable home. Our place offers a convenient location to much of Rochester's local entertainment and attractions. You will find that the home is nestled in a quiet area with a quick walk to the lovely Ontario beach park.

The space
The unit is part of quiet duplex that is only privately accessed by the guest. The unit has a cozy one bed one bath that includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room. The bedroom has a warm queen bed that includes a well-equipped bathroom. The kitchen is fully furnished and will have all you need to make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. The living room has a brand new 65" Samsung smart tv and a comfy couch to enjoy. Our unit will also have access to high-speed Wi-Fi. You will also have private packing in the back and an access to the backyard.
Guest access
You will have full access to your part of the home, the access is through a dedicated door strictly for this part of the home. The door located in the living room will stay locked and you do not have access to the entrance to the other side. If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to reach out and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Other things to note
Washer and dryer are on available on-premise instruction is given for access.

The private parking is shared with the other unit located in the duplex. Please be courteous and pull your vehicles into the private lot far enough to have a second vehicle pull in on the occasion that a guest is in the other unit with his/her own vehicle.
