We stayed over Labor Day weekend and found the pricing to be reasonable. The location is excellent and central to several attractions and restaurants. The room/apartment was very clean and organized for a perfect family getaway. We highly recommend it and would definitely use it the next time we are in the area.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I spent the weekend at this sweet little apartment. It felt bright and roomy despite the size. The decor was beautifully updated and the attention to detail was evident at every turn. The location was close to the lake as well as an easy walk to town. The hosts were easy to work with and communication was a breeze. We would love to stay there again!

Great short stay!

I live in Binghamton, my best friend lives in Buffalo, and we needed a picturesque rendezvous spot somewhere in the middle. This was perfect! Close to everything, very clean (the most important factor for me!), very cute. We could tell the owners had put thought into each element of the apartment, which made us feel welcome! Thanks, Jen and Stephen!

Le Petit est parfait

All was as advertised and seemed brand new. There were no surprises. The location was wonderful as most of what we wanted to do was within walking distance. Everything in the apartment was first rate— from the comfy bed and bedding to the nicely-scented soaps! I can be a fussy person and there was not one thing I would change. The hosts were very accommodating when I had a personal scheduling problem. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Le Petit was perfect. The location is convenient to most everything in town, it was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the amenities were quality and generous (towels, etc) It's obvious that the place was prepared with both thought and care. No glitches at all - our check-in and check-out instructions were clear. We would stay again!

We attended a party at the lake house resort for a friend and this little place couldn’t have been more perfect for us. It was walking distance to the lake and walking distance to the cute Main Street shops. We had 4 adults stay. Definitely tight but not uncomfortable at all. Very nicely put together, very clean. The hosts were very communicative and kind. Highly recommend and would stay here if we ever come back!

Enjoyed Our Stay

This property is located right in the heart of Canandaigua and you can walk to shops, restaurants and the marina. Everything was first class. We stayed over the 4th of July and watched the parade from our front window. We would definitely stay here when we return to the Finger Lakes region.
