« The overall amenities were excellent, and I truly appreciated the quality of the stay. However, I was disappointed by the amount of waste at the breakfast buffet. Disposable plates and individually wrapped glasses, all ending up in the trash, feel out of step with today’s sustainability standards. This practice alone makes me question whether I would return. Thank you. »

« First off the lobby smelled amazing. The rooms were spacious, and there was on-site parking. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. There was a gentleman that worked the bar & café area in the evening; He was exceptionally nice and accommodating, one of the best parts of our visit. »

« Bed sheets were not changed from the previous guest, I had to use the towels not to be on direct contact with them...and nobody responded to help me or even apologize....i have never seen that and I travel a lot »

« This may be an outlier experience. The room and facilities were good as is obviously the super convenient location next to ROC. However check in was quite slow as the desk had one person on her first day working solo many things went wrong. She was super nice, just having a very difficult time. The worst was when trying to shower at 5:30am prior to an early flight there was zero hot water. Not even luke warm. On checkout I informed the staff guy so others would not be so inconvenienced.
