The air conditioner didn’t work in our king suite…they put us into a small room and it worked when we got in the room but then the temperature did nothing but raise and it was 76 when we left the next morning. When we told them at checkout…the girl said sorry about that I will let them know and have a good day.

We stayed here to pick up my son from UB. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was decent the lady server was a sweet heart. The room was sooooo clean. I usually stay in air bnb because hotels skeeve me out. But this one was on point. And love the dove products in the bathroom. Overall good experience for the 2 nights I was there. The only negative is the pool could be cleaner. We didn’t use it but it was just an observation.

I booked this room last minute for a one night mommy get-a-way. The room was clean, fresh baked cookies upon arrival at check-in, courteous staff and the breakfast staff specifically Miss Anne was as sweet as ever! She was so helpful, friendly and genuine; it was refreshing! Also, this may sound funny but i was relieved all of the in room hygiene amenities were DOVE brand! Full size hand wash, lotion, shower wash, shampoo and conditioner! The products smelled wonderful and i knew it was a brand i could trust. The bed was super comfy and i loved the sheets so much I went online and ordered some to have at home! I also LOVED that check out isn’t until noon and the complimentary breakfast went until 10am on the weekend! Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again! ♥️ Thanks again to Miss Anne for being such a gem! 💎💗
