When any place uses such strong air freshener, I have to ask what is being masked, it seems that this place that is called a hotel may have a serious vermin problem because of its heavy use of an olfactory burning scent to hide something.. First of all this is a difficult place to find. It is a top floor of a commercial building in a dodgy neighborhood across the street from a seedy bar.. I don't know why it is considered a hotel since it is a bunch of rooms that time forgot with horrible beds and barely adequate bathrooms in them.The person who checked me in who felt the need to tell me he was from the Ukraine was apathetic and could care less about any question posed he was just there to collect the city tax and issue a key, that's it. There is no city view just dirty roof top views, the breakfast is barely adequate with orange drink passing as orange juice and bad coffee. This is a place to to stay in desperation only for one night. I had a headache from the stink in the room and check out is at 10 AM, don't try to come after the check in cut off there is no way in or any way to contact anyone. If you are vengeful recommend this place to your best enemy that would be the only satisfaction you will ever get by even thinking of this place that somehow passes as a hotel but is really a flop house. Todos os dias, às exatas 6:20 da manhã, um enorme barulho iniciava em função da preparação do café-da-manhã. A parede que separa o quarto 1 da cozinha/recepção é feita de uma fina camada de drywall; logo, escutávamos tudo no quarto. Além disso, o café da manhã não parecia muito higiênico e as itens de origem animal (ovos mexidos, presunto, salame, etc) ficavam em recipientes expostos ao sol! This is mini-hotel on the top floor of an apartment building. Hard to find, (small door sign) but there are restaurants and shops near by. Usually, only one staff member present, and when our shower clogged, she could not do anything, so I had to double as a plumber.
