This fully self-contained 2-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom holiday unit offers modern, minimalist comfort in the heart of town. Perfectly situated within walking distance to local attractions, dining, and shopping, the unit is designed for both convenience and relaxation, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together.  
  
Located upstairs: the living room features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, and large windows that allow natural light to fill the space.   
A compact yet fully equipped kitchen awaits with modern appliances, including a stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and all essential cookware and utensils. A large dining table, offering the perfect space for meals or planning the day’s adventures.  
  
The unit has two well-appointed bedrooms, both located downstairs, both offering a king bed that can be split into two singles. \*This request must be made upon booking. A $50 fee is charged.  
The main bathroom is stylishly tiled with a walk-in shower & vanity, toilet is separate. The unit also includes a convenient half-bathroom upstairs, ensuring privacy and ease for all guests.  
  
Additional amenities include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer, allowing you to feel truly at home. The unit also provides a private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink.
