THE SPACE

Our studio apartment is sunny, cozy, self-contained, and privately accessible.

Well equipped kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, toaster oven, sink, and microwave. Stocked with cookware, silverware, and dishware.

LG All-In-One clothes washer and dryer.

Sleeps up to five people. There is a standard queen-sized bed suitable for two people, a couch in the living room area that easily converts to an additional comfortable two-person queen sized bed, and a single cot.

Pet friendly. Well behaved quiet pets are welcome.

We supply clean bedding, blankets, and towels.

Studio bathroom with comfortable shower.

The large studio room has sliding pocket doors allowing quick reconfiguration into two smaller rooms. This allows uses such as having a child sleeping in one room while parents remain awake in the other.

Built-in spacious closet.

Plentiful shelving for storage of books, nick-knacks, etc.

Dimmable adjustable track lighting.

Heating controlled by separately zoned studio thermostat.

Large (~230 sq ft) private deck suitable for pleasant candlelit outdoor dining in warm weather.

Confortable mais bruyant

Le studio est grand et confortable. Situé à 30 minutes du centre de Boston en métro puis en bus dans un quartier agréable. Cependant le studio est très bruyant avec une route à quatre voies qui passe sous les fenêtres. Le premier commerce est à 15 minutes à pied. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire.

Very clean, cute studio. Convenient to public transportation. Instructions for accessing studio and using amenities were incredibly clear and easy to follow. The only slight issue we had was that it can be difficult to find after dark and the busy road can make taking a left into the driveway challenging.

We had a wonderful time at Victor’s VRBO. Everything was as advertised and we would certainly come back if we are in the area again. Victor provided great restaurant recommendations and the property is located near convenient bus stops.

My adult son & I spent 2 nights here, and really enjoyed the location and the comfortable apartment. Although it's located on a fairly busy street it was pretty quiet most of the time, and felt private up on the 2nd floor. Weather was really hot but we were comfortable with the window AC, and the place is well shaded by lovely large trees. There was a bit of confusion about our needing the 2nd bed, but the housekeeper was super responsive and helpful so all was easily resolved!Only suggestion is to get a new coffee maker plus some filters (the one there was not in good shape) and provide some coffee to use, since nearest coffee houses are about 6 blocks or more walk away. (Instant coffee provided in fridge is not the same...) That would have gotten our mornings off to a quicker start in more ways than one lol!I would definitely stay again when in Cambridge, this place is very convenient to bus lines into Harvard & town, and easy walk to Fresh Pond park and the gorgeous Mt. Auburn Cemetery!
