Appearances are deceptive ...
The lady who managed the appartement was very kind and helpful! BUT: The owner of this appartement definitely has to do some renovation & to offer more (every day) comfort! The cupboards in the kitchen lost their handles, some other cupboards in the hallway nearly had their doors falling off, there was only ONE trash bin for the whole appartement, there was NO dishwasher detergent, the kitchen itself bore not a lot of comfort. The air condition (mentioned in the description) didn´t work - but it should be repaired asap!!! One side of the appartment goes to Via Rizzoli, the other one into a courtyard full of ACs - so expect to have rumors all through the night - as one has to open the windows due to the lack of the AC. To sum up the whole thing: Don´t be blinded by the photos!
