The did credit us a 90 fee but it made the trip less enjoyable and we probably won’t book again. i took videos of all evidence. Also, the check out ledger stated that check out was at 11am but they told us it was 10am. ##### Louis H. The walls are dark stained with very dull lighting. The water is not filtered at the house level; the water filter on the refrigerator was red - indicating it needs to be changed. Also the infloor electrical is covered by carpet; the plug is not cleanly revealed from the surrounding carpet, presenting a fire hazard. The dishwasher does not appear to have ever been cleaned. The stainless steel interior is dulled and gross looking. I used the hot wash and sanitizer functions on the dishes we used. ##### Brenda P. I enjoyed the cabin, but I will say that the cabin is outdated. The countertop was not as clean as I would have liked it. There was a spill on the countertop from the coffee maker. The icemaker did not work. The jacuzzi is old and it did not look clean. I am not saying that it wasn't cleaned it just did not look clean. There was a dirty ring or stain around the jacuzzi tub. But the cabin was really nice just outdated. The sofa was so comfortable. ##### James g. Close to cute Blue Ridge restaurants and shops. We ate at the Black Sheep twice - it was soooo good, and Chester’s once. Juliana’s was a great boutique that I found some great stuff! ❤️ Overall, wonderful stay. Could come back with the kids next time.
